Ordering

How do I know my order went through?

You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to make the change before it ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — join our email list to be notified.

How do I track my order?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
